SecliaConnect is HIPAA-conscious by design — every tenant row is scoped to your organization, every sensitive write is audit-logged, and every vendor that touches PHI signs a Business Associate Agreement before we route patient data through them. We sign a BAA with your clinic as part of onboarding. A third-party HIPAA audit is slated ahead of the public production cutover; until then, the platform is appropriate for pilot deployments with test patients and limited real-patient traffic, not unrestricted live practice.
